História de empresa

Incorporated in 1974, Bangkok Glass, granted promotional privileges by the Office of the Board of Investment (BOI), was registered with a capital of 140 million (THB). By early 1980, Bangkok Glass’ first glass-bottling plant was completed in the district of Thanyaburi in Pathumthani province with a 150-ton furnace and capability of producing as much as a million bottles per day. These figures have grown exponentially since then, and over the decades, Bangkok Glass has expanded its production capacity to five plants in key districts of Thailand’s major provinces. In addition to Phathumthani (now three furnaces), production facilities have been established in the Klang district of Rayong (two furnaces); Uthai district of Ayutthaya (four furnaces); Muang district of Khon Kaen (two furnaces); and Ban Sang district of Prachinburi (one furnace).
