Job Roles & Responsibilities.

•        Expertise in operating of different designers glass furnaces including Selection of refractor’s, applications at critical and non-critical areas. Constructions of TECHNO- GLASS, KTG, HORN, SORG. Experience in operations and quality control of all glasses (soda lime container glass, TV Glasses, Sodium silicate)

•        Experience in handling and operations of different fuels (Producer gas, Diesel, furnace Oil, Natural gas).

•        Experience to manage/create systems oriented work environment like Manage department in line with quality standards.

•        Excellent inter personnel and communication skills, team management Skills, sufficient and manageable computer knowledge’s.

•        Liaising with production department in related with planning, glass quality maintaining, and execution of refractory maintenance.

•        Complete responsibilities of glass melting, batch preparation & adjusting of composition.

•      Color changing of glass (flint-Green. Green-flint).

Career Achievements

•        Worked as team member in furnace constructions, heat up, steam lining

•        As a team leader took the challenge of reviving a throat & bottom leakage

•        As a team leader successfully, commissioned 900 kva electric boosting.

•        Advancement of broken Electrodes in running furnace without any production loss.

•        As a team leader to introduce water cooling system on damaged throat

Resulting increased the pull up to 20 tons.

•     As a team leader to cleaning of completely chocked regenerator by thermal washing process without any production loss.

•     Worked as a team leader with ceramic welding group,
