Zusammen mit dem Produktionsstart der ersten Wanne im neuen WIEGAND Glaswerk Schleusingen, konnte die Firma VMA GmbH die Lieferung und Inbetriebnahme der ersten 12 TMC-FLX Wanddickenmessgeräte erfolgreich abschließen. Die TMC-FLX Technologie, welche in den Prüfmaschinen vor Ort installiert wurde, ist speziell auf die Bedürfnisse des Standortes Schleusingen abgestimmt.
Unter anderem kommen hier chromatische TMC-FLX-MES Mehrebenensensoren zum Einsatz, um den gestiegenen Qualitätsansprüchen gerecht zu werden. Eine vollständige Integration und die Einbindung der TMC-FLX Geräte in das Betriebsinformationssystem ist erfolgt. Die Firma VMA GmbH freut sich mitteilen zu dürfen, dass sie im Anschluss auch die zweite Wanne im neuen WIEGAND Glaswerk Schleusingen mit TMC-FLX Technologie ausstatten wird. Damit greift die WIEGAND Gruppe ganz bewusst auf das Know-How des Marktführers zurück.
