Mit diesem jährlichen Ranking mit den 25 Top Arbeitgebern zeichnet LinkedIn diejenigen Unternehmen aus, die die beruflichen Laufbahnen ihrer Beschäftigten besonders voranbringen. Die Liste dient Arbeitnehmer*innen auf ihrem beruflichen Weg als Orientierungs- und Entscheidungshilfe und soll somit Fachleuten helfen, die besten Arbeitsplätze zu finden.
