HORN baut 300 tpd Solarglaslinie
Als einer der Branchenführer bei der Umsetzung schlüsselfertiger Projekte erhielt HORN von Glass Technology den Zuschlag für die Lieferung einer neuen U-Flammenwanne für Solarglas. Die neue 300 t/d-Linie wird mit der neuesten HORN-Technologie ausgestattet und ist für die Herstellung von eisenarmem Solarglas mit Antireflexionsbeschichtung ausgelegt. Das Greenfield Projekt wird in den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten auf einer Fläche von 10 ha errichtet.
Bei diesem Greenfield Solarglasprojekt ist HORN für alles verantwortlich, von der Rohstoffversorgung über das heiße Ende bis hin zur Zuschnittlinie und Lagertechnik. Die Solarglasproduktion ist mit der kompletten Verarbeitungstechnik für die Vorder- und Rückseite von Solarmodulen ausgestattet. HORN ist auch für die komplette Technik der Anlage mit modernsten Engineering-Lösungen verantwortlich.
In der zweiten Jahreshälfte 2025 wird die Solarglaslinie bereits ihren Betrieb aufgenommen haben.
