Our range includes, among other things, hardware for glass balustrades, sliding doors, showers, handling equipment, tools, as well as processing materials and industrial products. We have introduced many innovations to the glass industry, including the Silberschnitt® glass cutting brand, Veribor® vacuum technology and glass fittings such as VetroMount® and Juna®. We also develop complete cutting machine solutions, including cutting wheels, axles and cutting heads.
Silberschnitt® cutting wheels from Bohle offer the highest precision, quality and durability. They are made from the finest materials and guarantee excellent cutting results with a long service life.
The Cutmaster® Gold tungsten carbide cutting wheel combines cost reduction and process stability. It offers significantly longer service life than conventional cutting wheels, which reduces maintenance and setup cycles. In addition, the cutting quality remains consistently high over the entire service life, which reduces the risk of glass breakage and ensures stable processes. Cutmaster® Gold features a special coating that offers a significantly longer service life and consistent performance compared to conventional cutting wheels. In float glass plants, for example, service lives of over 250 kilometres have been achieved, a performance that is otherwise only possible with PCD cutting wheels. In addition, the cutting wheels have an angle marking that prevents confusion.
The Cutmaster® Platinum series of cutting wheels has been developed for high-quality cutting edges. Its unique microstructure enables outstanding cutting results with minimal edge damage, which means that higher edge strengths can be achieved. Thanks to the special structure, the wheel penetrates the glass surface at specific points, thus avoiding crack propagation and damage and minimising edges. Cutmaster® Platinum is suitable for the precise cutting of thin glass and is available in tungsten carbide (HM) and polycrystalline diamond (PCD) versions. Cutmaster® Platinum is also used for cutting float glass, sensor glass, solar glass, optical filters and quartz glass.
Silberschnitt® wheel carriers enable quick replacement and ensure clean, safe cutting. In addition, Bohle offers customised complete solutions for cutting machines, including wheel carriers and pillar posts.
Modern Silberschnitt® cutting fluids improve lubrication, edge quality and bind glass dust. The choice of the appropriate cutting fluid depends on factors such as glass thickness and ambient conditions.
For many years, Bohle has developed and produced complete solutions for cutting machines. This also includes complete pillar posts. The range of custom-made pillar posts is continuously being expanded.
