PROJECTING AND DESIGN
Our projecting and quoting department is a team of skilled and very experienced engineers, all personally known to our customers as contact partners. Equipped with up-to-date CAD facilities, they transfer the on-site discussed solutions to professional offers.
OWN MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING
Self-developed machinery like scraping conveyors, crushers, batch chargers, glass level controllers etc. are built with preference in ZIPPE´s own workshop. The rich know-how and experience collected by our team throughout manufacturing and site installation is very valuable for our customers.
OWN ELECTRONIC CENTER
The hardware and software for all electronic control systems required for our delivery programme is projected and built in our own electronic center. After test run, delivery is carried out, accompanied by comprehensive documentation. The team includes the supervisors to be sent on site.
INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
Our supervisors having the experience of jobs carried out all over the world erect and commission Zippe plants mostly in collaboration with local staff. Talent for improvisations and intuitional grasp is highly demanded. For the after-sales service , a skilled and fast operating service team is available.
TELESERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
In order to ensure a smooth and trouble-free operation of our batch plant, our 24-hour-service-center is always at your disposal. By means of the installed TELESERVICE system our software experts can dial directly into your plant by telephone and give you support in error diagnosis and service. Because: Telephoning is cheaper than travelling!
