PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: - starting from the present employer
1.  M/s Bisazza India Pvt Ltd, Kadi, Gujarat working as Assistant Manager- Glass since Sept 2010 to till date. The company is a leading manufacturer of colour glass & making glass mosaic tiles. Working with Italian experts.
2.  M/s Gold Plus Glass Industry, Roorkee (Uttrakhand) working as Assistant Manager Mirror Plant from March 2010 to Aug 2010 . Worked with Chinese experts during project of fully automated Aluminum Mirror Plant.
3.  M/s HNG, Bahadurgarh,(Haryana) as a Shift Glass Technologist from June,2009. The company is a leading manufacturer of cosmetic, flint,& amber glass bottles.
4. M/s Videocon Narmada Glass , Bharuch(Gujarat) as SHIFT ENGINEER (Furnace-Melter, Refiner, Forehearth, Batch-Cullet feeding & Cullet Handling). From Mar 06 to June,2009. The company is only manufacturer of COLOUR TV Panel and Funnel glass.
5. M/s Pragati Glass work Pvt.Ltd. Kosamba ( Gujarat) as SHIFT GLASS TECHNOLOGIST (Furnace-Melter, Refiner & Batch house). From Jul 2004 to Feb2006. The company is a leading manufacturer of flint glass bottle.
6.  M/s Trimurti Tablewers ( Glassware ) Ltd. Ludhiana (Punjab) as ENGINEER GLASS & FURNACE (Furnace & Batch house) from June 2003 to July 2004. The company was manufacturing flint glass tumblers & other tableware.

• To coordinate with Quality assurance to overcome from glass defects, if any ( stone, seeds, zirconia cords, glass knot, poor annealing).
• To coordinate with the Mechanical, Instrument & Electrical people for routine maintenance or any breakdown of  furnace equipments like burners, reversal- valve, pressure damper, furnace pressure measuring (in mm of water scale) equipment, Laser level gauge, Oxygen sensor, Gas consumption meter, Batch pusher etc. & Annealing lehr maintenance.
• Making daily Furnace & RLNG consumption reports in Microsoft excel.
• To maintain the process parameters of  fully automated  PLC based 14 Annealing Lehrs in a shift.
• To entry the operation parameters, process values, energy consumption in SAP.
