9. Triggers the acquisition of machine variables (orifice rings, orifice holders, refractory tubes, and plungers, refractory spout, delivery equipments, cooling nozzles, etc.) personnel protective equipments, and other supplies needed by the section.
10. Enforcement of Company Policies, Rules and Regulations.

Accomplishments:

I. 60 - Tons Furnace no. 2 Project
1. Supervised the installation of four (4) Forehearths which includes iron works, sub-and superstructures, refractory channels, combustion and cooling systems.
2. Supervised the over-hauling and installation four (4) feeder mechanism.
3. Commissioning of the above.

II. 200 - Tons Furnace no. 1 Modification and Rehabilitation Project
1. Over-all Adviser in the actual rehabilitation, coordination, and commissioning of four (4) forehearths/feeders, and annealing lehrs.

III.140 - Tons Furnace no. 3 Start-up
1. Commissioning of four (4) BH-F Forehearths/Feeders, two (2)Bottero Machine 8-section Electronic Timing I.S. Machines, and two (2) Bottero Machine 6-section Mechinal Timing I.S. Machines including four (4) 178 Transfer Wheels, and Powers
Stackers.

1. The Forming Manager is responsible towards the Factory Manager for:

5. He must maintain close connection with the Mold Shop for the routine maintenance of the molds and to make sure that mould parts during production are changed at the stated intervals.
6. Conduct Job On and Job Off meeting.
7. Organizes the inputs of the line personnel and the job change and start-up plans into a single action plan.
8. Evaluates trial-run result based on actual performance and recommend design revisions, if necessary, to improve forming and process capabilities.
9. Provides inputs to mold design and other departments regarding new projects performances and recommend revisions for improvement.
10. Conduct meetings in the analysis of production problems affecting efficiency that involves mold design and machine performance.

Accomplishments:

I. 60-Tons Furnace no. 2 Project.
1. Supervised the installation of two (2) EMHART 6-section Electronic Timing I.S. Machines. Including the operating air piping system, constant cushion pumps and piping system, and automatic Lincoln lubrication pumps and piping system.
2. Supervised the installation of 178 Ware Transfer of one I.S. Machine, and SHEPPEE Ware Transfer on the second I.S. Machine.
3. Supervised the installation of two (2) SHEPPEE Speed Liner Stackers.
4. Assisted in the installation of four (4) SAS Annealing Lehrs.
5. Assisted in the commissioning of the above machines and equipments.
