Die HORN Glass Industries AG verkündet mit großem Stolz, dass die kontaktlose Glasstandmessung HORN HRD-BEAM mittlerweile bereits 20-mal weltweit an Glasschmelzwannen installiert worden ist.
Seit dem Einsatz von Radartechnologie im Jahr 2021, kann HORN eine hohe Messgenauigkeit durch eine präzise Regelung des Glasstandes in Verbindung mit allen gängigen Einlegemaschinen sicherstellen.
Die dadurch erzielte höhere Genauigkeit bei der Glasstandmessung ist eine sehr wichtige Kontrollkomponente im Glasschmelzprozess, denn Schwankungen des Glasstandes beeinflussen den gleichmäßigen Betrieb der Wanne und das Tropfengewicht erheblich.
Da bei der HORN HRD-BEAM keine mechanisch beweglichen Teile verbaut sind, werden alle Wartungsarbeiten auf ein Minimum reduziert.
