5 differents types of process:

• Continuos flat glass tempering.
• Press bending and tempering of small curvature spherical glasses.
• Press bending and tempering of medium and great curvature spherical glasses.
• Continuous cylindrical glasses bending and tempering.
• Continuous doble curvature cylindrical glasses bending and tempering.

Changes between each kind of process and/or different models takes less than 5 minutes.

Loading and saving of model parameters on PC.

Short cadences:

• 2-5 seconds/piece of continuous side lite bending and tempering.
• 4-10 seconds/piece on press bending and tempering back lites.
• Very accurate and repetitive, obtaining and optimal tempering.

Specifications:

• Max dimensions: 1250 x 850 mm, for side lites and small back lites.
• Min thickness: 2,8 mm.
