 In addition to the float line (primary glass production), the site features processing facilities: laminated safety glass, mirrors, acid-etched windows and solar control coatings. The float line produces two types of primary glass:

3 to 6 mm thick float glass: mainly used for products transformed at the same plant (laminated, mirrors, acid-etched, coatings)

8 to 25mm thick float glass: the exclusive "Linea Azzurra" range, highly appreciated by architects and designers for particular interior design needs.

With the introduction of two new thicknesses, the Clearvision range now offers a wide variety of thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 19 mm, enabling top designers and furniture makers to work with thicker low-iron glass for larger pieces.

Planibel Clearvision is produced in Cuneo, Italy (4 to 19 mm). For the 15 and 19 mm version, a special technology is used to ensure perfectly uniform thickness, making the glass easier to process (cutting, laminating, etc.). In addition, the product’s extra-clear, neutral colour is the same in all thicknesses. Even in 15 and 19 mm, Clearvision is perfectly neutral – proof of just how pure this product is.
