Use at low speed in a drill press with a pecking motion and flood workpiece with Dia-Cut or Kool Kut for maximum life. Inside diameter is 0.08" less than the outside diameter. | Electroplated Diamond Disk Suitable for hard surfaces such as glass, fibreglass, ceramics, marble, granite, limestone, sandstone, composites, and some plastics. They are particularly well suited for glass bevelling, cold glass working and lapidary. Can provide a big savings over conventionally-plated solid discs. The diamonds are nickel bonded (using a special patented process) to a thin flexible fiberglass substrate. The fiberglass is coated with a pressure sensitive adhesive which makes installation very easy. When the pad becomes worn, just peel it off and apply a new one. Install the pad on a balanced steel or aluminium disc, or on the bottom side of an existing plated disc. Diamond Disk using any diamond mesh/grit size from as fine as few microns to as course as 40 grit can be made as well. Available with or without Dot ,Grooves (lines). Diameter from 6´ to 40´ |

| Diamond hand pads Are created using the same high quality material that we use to make our Diamond disks. The diamond material is attached to a firm foam sponge backing block that fits comfortably into your hand. The diamond surface covers one face of the sponge which measures: 4 1/4 x 2 1/4 x 1 1/4 inches;85mmx55mmx30mm. Use these pads for larger pieces that are too difficult to get on the grinder, or use them for a quick clean up of slumped or cast pieces. Sponge backed, Diamond Hand Sanding Pads polish better and last longer than emery paper. They also work well on Alabaster, a must when sanding hard stone such as onyx or marble. |
