LAMINATED SAFETY GLASS
Two- or more-layer glass structure the sheets of which are held
together with high tear resistance, flexible PVB foil.
If broken, the glass sheet is held together by the internal foil,
preventing the fragments from causing injuries. This kind off glass
is made in flat ant bent construction, with or without screen-printing.

Depending on the number of layers, foil thickness, glass thickness
and the symmetry of the compund..

Possible areas of application:
Windscreens for motor vehicles, heavy machinery and railways cars;
for architectural purposes (inner and outer glass), furniture, as well as
for table sheets.
Anti-burglary and bullet-proof glasses (DIN 52290)

One-layer glass in which a tension structure is generated by heat treatment. As a result, mechanical strength increases six to eight-fold, while thermal resistance also improves.
